This page has everything you need to get started. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or just looking for something that feels good, I’ve got you. Let’s move in a way that feels strong, supported, and so worth it.

New to Pilates? You’re Not Alone!Here are some common questions to help you feel prepped, confident, and ready to roll:

📅 How do I book?
Head over to Schedule or Plans & Memberships to book your first class! Not sure which one to book? Send me an email or msg and I’ll be happy to help!

🤔Do I need to be flexible or fit to start Pilates?
Not at all! Pilates is for every body — and we’ll move at a pace that works for you. You’ll build strength, mobility, and confidence over time. No pressure, no judgment.

🧘‍♀️ What should I wear?
Comfy clothes you can move in — think leggings, a t-shirt, whatever makes you feel good. No shoes needed (we’re barefoot or in socks!).

🧺 Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! Mats and all props are provided. If you have your own mat and prefer to use it, bring it along.

⏰ How long are the classes?
Group classes and private sessions are 45 minutes.

😬 I’ve got an injury / pain / condition — can I still do Pilates?
Absolutely. I specialize in joint-friendly, personalized movement. We’ll chat about what’s going on and make sure everything feels safe and supportive.

🍼 Can I bring my baby to a postnatal class?
Yes! Babies are welcome in our postnatal classes — fussiness, feeding, and diaper changes included. It’s a zero-judgment zone.
