​“Before starting Pilates with Louise, I was struggling with back pain and overall stiffness of my body. I was also struggling with a lack of energy and motivation.
Since starting the classes regularly, I have noticed that my range of motion has increased along with my strength. For example, before these classes I could never imagine myself being able to complete a plank for longer than a few seconds or doing more than a couple of plank push ups, now after a month I can plank for a full minute and do up to 25 pushups. This is a significant improvement for someone who has not had a very consistent exercise routine. I have also noticed that attending these classes has led to feeling more confident in my body and feeling more energized overall. I can now say that I actually feel motivated to exercise and excited every class to see how I can improve and do more with my body!

I was struggling with motivation to workout along with health issues that can improve with exercise. I have always wanted to try Pilates so this has been a wonderful experience so far! Louise is kind, supportive and always challenges me.

I have noticed more strength, energy and flexibility since taking Louise’s classes once a week.

The most valuable part of participating in Louise’s classes is the small class size. She’s always able to watch my form and correct anything she sees necessary. It’s not intimidating at all being in a class of four, which is something I’ve struggled with in past exercise groups.

I have encouraged my friends and family to join a Pilates group (Louise if they’re local of course!) because it has changed my outlook on exercise and I look forward to going to class every week!

After having twins I found myself not as strong as I once was. I struggled with any sort of ab exercises or movements, especially near the area of my C-section incision.

In just a few short weeks I found that I have gained more core strength and am able to move and stretch a little further than I normally could have!
